The Guild’s annual Christmas party was held on December 10th at Whole Foods Market, who generously waived their room hire fee. In a lovely room overlooking the lights and bustle of Christmas shoppers in High Street Kensington, guests enjoyed an array of healthy Middle Eastern food and sipped organic pink Prosecco and English apple juice. Listening to chilled sounds of the excellent Jazz duo, Bruno Heinen and Andrea Di Biase, from the Royal College of Music. These social events bring members together from across the country and provide the opportunity to network with fellow journalists and writers and exchange ideas and contacts. There was animated conversation from around 70 members and their guests, who finished the evening with mince pies and panetone.
